Ghostphace, one of the funders of Stochastic Resonance, is due to publish his first full-length album, "Oscillations".
Minutely developed over the course of two year, during a gradual assemblage, and subsequent study, of a modular synth, the work represents the shift of Ghostphace production, from a minimal and abstract setting to a more complex, multifaceted and dirtier one, connoting itself as a journey through the mutating visions of a growing artist.
The result is a very recognizable and consistent music flow, in which the introspective tension of the research path is tackled efficiently by the 15 tracks that make up the album.
The packaging artworks are the results of a collaboration between Scual and street artist Hogre and comes as a beautiful digipak, that will be released in a limited edition of 100 copies and a collector super-limited edition of 50 copies.
The Collector edition will come with 3 postcards designed by Scual and an unique print that will be generated at the moment of the purchase by a generative software developed by Scual, which takes a Hogre's drawing and displaces it, using part of the transaction data.
Three tracks have been extracted from the album as preview streams: one can be found on our Soundcloud channel, the other as an exclusive for SentireAscolare magazine and the last one is bounded with an interview of Ghostphace by The Formant.
